Villa La Colina is situated in a pleasant part of Nerja, close to the famous Burriana Beach. Only a five minute walk down to the beach and a 20 minute stroll into the centre of the town where you will find numerous bars and restaurants.

Outside there is a covered terrace ideal for eating "Al Fresco", a good sized private swimming pool with terraces hosting sun beds and patio furniture. There is a laundry room situated under the swimming pool along with a private parking and garage.

Please note that this house is on two levels and has a spiral staircase.

One Extra bed can be placed in the master bedroom.

On the upper level the good sized lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa to seat up to 8 along with a dining area that seats up to 6. In addition there is satellite TV, stereo , CD player & board games.

The American style kitchen consists of hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms in total, the large master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. With all of the rooms offering plenty of wardrobe space.

There is 1 shower room on the upper level and full bathroom with a large round jacuzzi bath on the lower level.
