At our classes you can learn all the aspects of a pole routine in a fun and friendly environment, with the option to progress to more advanced levels. You will also receive free access to video clips, hints and tips, for the duration of the course. Everyone, all ages shapes and sizes welcome, and no previous experience necessary!
